The people that run the apartments are simply the best! Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable new and clean and kept that way. The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen
is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to
stay with small family (3 people). The WiFi is working very good,

Sensational service from the minute we arrived. Oliver and his team are very professional, helpful and offer tremendous value.
On-site parking is availalbe for a small fee (and presents a fun challenge getting down the driveway!).

Very close to beach and town centre, just 5 minutes walk away. A clean,
nice spa and fitness area, a relaxing quite area with a confined outside
swimming pool with adequate sun beds, nice neat kept grounds, excellent
security, coded access to hotel gates and garage, secure private parking
for 20 euros a day with direct access into the hotel, 3 eur

We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

The staff were excellent,helpful,and very pleasant. The garage is a definite plus,in an area which is busy and parking is not easy at this time of year.The accomodation was clean and comfortable,and for three of us just right.A little street noise,but that was due to the massive work going on,and that should be finished soon. -

Excellent seaview (higher floors), swimming pools, parking inunderground carpark, willing stuff - The price was very good value. The view over the pool is nice. The apartment was clean. Connections to Cannes itself are very easy, as buses stop just a few minutes from the hotel every 10 minutes or so during the day (far fewer at night).

Citynähe, Tiefgaragenparkplatz, Klimaanlage - that the room and bathroom were clean and ready for occupancy and since we had children with us they allowed us to stay extra hours on the day of the check out,parking facility right outside the hotel too - It was lovely and quiet and very well located.

Stayed here for four nights. Location was excellent. 2 minutes walk to the front with a good choice of restaurants.
15 minute walk to the Palais.
Staff and the owner were polite, friendly, helpful and arranged airport transfer. -
