  The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing, the friendliest of all the hotels I have ever been to. The hotel is very cute, feels like West Elm style - clean & modern. The location of the hotel is perfect, & if you have an ocean view you look at the nearby beach across the street & the Virgin Mary rock/sunset. Jessie (the receptionist) found me alternative accomodation as I arrived a day earlier than expected. She couldn't have been more helpful. I was able to book in really early the next day. The bed was ever so comfortable. All the staff spoke excellent english. A hotel I would heartly recommend to any visitors to Biarritz.
