  space, as this was an apartment; parking for a car; - Always good to have kitchen facilities. Had a brand new fridge but the rest of the kitchen facilities were tired. On arrival the owner was there waiting for us as we had stated what time we were arriving. He was very helpful even though there was a language barrier.
