  I had booked the wrong night,. but the gentleman was happy to change the night for the night prior with no extra charge, he was really helpful. Bathrooms are great, rooms clean, towels big and fluffy. Right on the railway track but couldn't hear a thing. I would recommend anyone to stay here, it was close to Mont St Michel and quiet, away from the... was die leute sagen » crowds, Pretty town and safe to wander about the town after dark. - The room was great - very spacious with a separate area for the children's beds. Nice bathroom accessories and even tea/coffee making facilities in room (unusual in France!). The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a shuttle bus from almost outside the hotel directly to Mont St Michel, so could leave the car in the hotel car park. We had an excellent breakfast which was free for the children.

  Les Belles de Mai is a comfortable renovated home in the heart of Pontorson, within easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, and located only 10 kilometers from Mont St-Michel. The owner speaks fluent English and was very helpful in providing us with information about visiting Mont St-Michel. The home has a lovely garden with seating that guests can enjoy on a warm day. While - Beatrice was a wonderful host: upon arrival, she provided several pamphlets outlining various attractions. The room was a wonderful surprise: very elegantly decorated and it really showed Beatrice's attention to detail. Everything was provided, from bath robes to cotton pads and Q-tips. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was also equally as impressive with the large and impressive spread that Beatrice provided. I would highly recommend this B&B!
