The honesty and sincerity of the staffs ultimately would be there principle success factor for their further progress. I was met at the airport and my room was clean and air conditioned. If I needed any help with the language I received it and transport was arranged for me to visit anywhere I wanted to go. It is the second time I have stayed there.

  I'm very satisfied to have stayed in this hotel in the middle of Cairo downtown. It's located in the heart of the city and you can go easily to every part of the city from this point. The owner, Moustafa, is very kind and saw me as a friend. I will go there each time I visit Cairo.

  The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The owner also went out of his way to help us adjust our reservation and make the most of our time in beautiful Cairo. In terms of location, Zamalek, is the best place to stay for a traveler in Egypt, because it's close to great restaurants and sites. I would definitely stay here again.
