The Hilton Ramses staff were friendly welcoming and helpful.
Great location near the river Nile. The Hotel is very close to the famous Cairo Museum too and you must visit.

I stayed at Ramses Hilton in Cairo when the political situation was
still unstable. In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I
left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional &
efficient performance. They made me very welcome & comfortable &
the service was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its

probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.
It was very pleasant sitting in the floating bar/restaurant and watching the world go by on the river.

The staff is terrific. The pool area is nice. we had a junior suite with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Nile. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite if you can afford it. I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!
