  We loved the warm hospitality we received from Carlos and Doreen as soon as we stepped onto their lovely property. The bungalow we stayed in was perfect for our family of 4. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Using the spa: hot tub, steam room and sauna was a great way to end the day. Breakfast was delicious: fresh fruits, cheeses, homemade breads ... was die leute sagen » and REAL coffee. Carlos and Doreen made us feel like family. - Everything! The owners were very welcoming, gracious and accommodating. The property and facilities are beautiful-It's like being in the country right outside of the city. Delicious breakfasts with coffee grown on the property and amazing bread baked by Doreen.

  A little bit out of main part of town, but ordering a taxi or getting one going past the entrance is very very easy, (and only $2-3, so don't be put off). Probably primarily a wedding reception sort of place, but again if you get the accommodation at a reasonable discount price then don't let it worry you. Calm and cosy place. Nice rooms. We really enjoyed the pool, the sauna and the turkish bath. Great location if you have a car. A little bit far from the center by walk. Bus stop to The border with Colombia at 10-15 minutes by feet from the hotel. Usefull for backpackers who want to relax before taking the road again.
