1. Excellent location.
2. Nice breakfast in a pleasant environment wit a very nice cook/waitress.
The location. It is just in the center of Cuenca.
1. Hot water was hit and miss. I had to ask each day to have it turned on.
2. Window had no screen so to keep out insects it had to remain closed.
It's not cozy at all, dark and big rooms with no lamps.
