  Erstklassische Pension in historischer Umgebung mit freundlichem Personal, einer liebenswerten Chefin, super Frühstück special für uns und einer riesengroßen 2 Zimmer Suite mit Stube (Wifi, led-tv), Küche, Schlafzimmer und einem Bad mit großer Dusche und extra Badewanne. Wir hatten durch die sechs! Fenster eine klasse Aussicht auf ein anderes Hote... was die leute sagen » l, wo wir auf deren Parkplatz gegen ein kleinen Aufpreis, auch unseres Wagen parken durften. Alles zusammen mindestens vier Sterne! - Sehr schöne Pension im Centrum von Marienbad. Wir haben hier nun schon das 3.-te mal übernachtet, und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Saubere und geräumige Apartments, freundliches Personal, großzügiges Frühstück und eine Chefin, die versucht, jeden Wunsch des Gastes, zu erfüllen. In dem zur Pension dazugehörigen kleinen gemütlichen Restaurant kann man auch vorzügliche Speisen und Getränke genießen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder !!! Matthias und Ines aus Gera

  Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful ex - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.
