The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner.   One of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire tour of Europe. Hotel was clean, lovely rooms with very high ceilings, good shower/bathroom and an excellent breakfast. Definitely our favorite hotel breakfast from the whole trip.   So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!
