  Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful ex - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

  The hotel is right in the center of Karlovy Vary which makes it less than 2 minutes walk from the central Spa area, the restaurants and the main shopping areas. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated "old-fashionly". The staff was most kind and helpful, and even gave each of us a present when we departed. I was on a business trip and enj... was die leute sagen » oyed my stay a lot, and im sure the place would also be perfect for couples and families who would like a relaxing vacation. - The staff was great, especially the Lady at the reception (during the day, dark and curly hair). She was very helpful and hospitable, made us feel like home. Really friendly and pleasant. The room itself was cozy and beautiful view. Very clean. Good breakfast. The Lady from the reception also gave us discount tickets up to 40% to various spa accross the street, which we actually used for a great price. Very pleased with the hotel choice. Thank you again!

Staff friendly, but couldn't tell if they were upset or happy with us :) Go to "Verana Pub" close by, best in town! - The landlady of the apartment come to pick us up from the bus station which gave us a big surprise. Good wi-fi and good services. We enjoyed our stay here.
