  The hotel is in the best location and very easy to reach from the bus station. All people are very kind and helpful. The receptionist is the best. I am very thankful to her. It was a 10 minute walk to Old Town and the tram stops, farmers market and grocery store were all just round the corner. The hostel is about 250m down on the left side of the street in a little alcove area - A hostel with ideal location - right in the very center of the city. The room was clean and with the basic facilities. The personel was helpful. It is more suitable for younger people or for open-minded mature couples since there is no option for en suite bathroom. However, the location and the amiable atmosphere make the Brit Hostel a place of choice for Zagreb.
