We had lots of questions about returning our rental car, getting a taxi to the airport, using the local tram, making dinner reservations - they were fantastic. My husband and I were sad to leave the hotel - we enjoyed our stay that much! Thank you! - The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff is professional and kind. Room was great, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious. Swimming pool and gym at the top of the hotel was great. Kids loved Chocolate cookies they got at the reception (more than few times :) and always with smile).

Very unusual architect-designed house on 3 levels (no lift, if stairs are a problem for you) that overlooks greenery & trees. Lovely sitting-out areas and an excellent, light & airy breakfast room. The breakfast was elegantly served and the food of good quality, especially the breads. Comfortable, stylish, well-furnished and well-lit room. Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay welcoming and comfortable

  This is a relatively new hotel. ALthough it is is a little out of town it is good if you want to experience life in a more authentic local setting. The double room I had was very comfortable and a decent size. There's a tram from the main train station that stops near the hotel (tram #4) and if you wanted to make your way to the main centre there ... was die leute sagen » is at least one tram from near the hotel that will take you there. The steak restaurant in the hotel is quite decent as well. The wifi was reliable an - Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms with good air con and very comfy beds. Great bathroom. The restaurant downstairs had a very good menu and great tasting food, we only wanted a small meal having eaten lunch already, and you could order smaller portions of many things on the menu. 10% was offered to hotel guests plus a free dessert! The waiter was so friendly and the wine delicious! Would come back to visit the park and zoo a mile or two down the road. Free parking very close to ho
