  Excellent location - right on the beach. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Spotless studio with new furniture and all necessary equipment. Parking place is provided in front of the house. Owner is very friendly and helpful. There are supermarket, cafes, beach bar and restaurants in radius of 100m. Center of Zadar is only 10 min away by bus. Nice sand... was die leute sagen » beach in Nin is also easy to reach by car. - Great location just a few meters from the beach. Room was comfy and the area very calm. Lovely old lady running the show when I was there - the mother of the owner I think. She didn't speak English but that wasn't really a problem. Coffee and a shot of slivo on the house upon arrival. What else can you ask for? Great overall value.

  Relaxed couple of nights here - was super hot so grateful for the aircon. Hotel has had a facelift since these pics were taken so its looking much more modern & fresh . - Staff are incredibly friendly especially Mario who went out of his way on many occasions for us. Very close to beach and shops.

  The apartment is great, with a living room and kitchen area and a good sized bedroom, very clean and fresh. It's a close walk to the bus station, and quite a distance to the old town, but a great location for the one night we spent before flying home! - The owner was very kind and helpful, the apartmen is perfect.

  Absolutely great location. Room had AC, ensuite, good wifi (at least on 2nd floor). Staff were friendly. It's all about the location though. Cheap compared to other similar locations! - In the old part of Zadar within the city walls...perfect location for exploring and lots of good value cafes close by.
