  Great apartment, We, my wife and I had the Big apartment and our kids the upper one at Domobrana 18 for a week. Our was the perfect home for a week. Fully furnished, and equipped well with all the spices, paper, detergents, phenomenal extra virgin olive oil of own production even cold water and juice in fridge. Excellent Wi-Fi coverage. Private parking - Very clean, all looked new and in excellent condition. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen outside on large terrace/balcony with plenty of seating and a lovely view of the sea across to Hvar. A nice touch was the provision of salt and pepper, sugar, vinegar and their own olive oil. The owners met us off the catamaran and after a short walk drove us to the apartment which is well situated on the hill within easy walk of the town centre and the beach. Customer service was fantastic: within hours of my booking the owners were emailing to check when we were arriving, offering us lifts to the airport, going out of their way to show us everything in the flat. The owners are extremely caring and helpful. They truly care that everything is good with the apartment and you are enjoying yourself. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and everything works! The location couldn't be better for visiting the magical Trogir and surrounding area. We highly recommend

  We just spent a week in Brela at Villa Paulina. Despite the weather being occasionally rainy as we were so early in April, it was such a lovely week, good for wandering and walking along the seafront. Villa Paulina has only been open one year. Brela is a small, once fishing village now tour - We liked everything about Villa Paulina although we actually stayed in Villa Lora which is just next door. Simply but beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony view which entranced us. The staff could not be more welcoming. Simple breakfast in well equipped eating area was very good. Although pool is small it was perfect for cooling dips after hard sessions of sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer - Brela is a perfect place to relax.

  I loved Apartments Familia for many reasons. The #1 reason were the owners Ankica and her husband. They picked us up at the bus station and helped us with our large suitcases - very hospitable and fun! Ankica was a great help to us by getting all the information on the ferries to the islands...greatly appreciated! I have never been given such a welcoming anywhere else, she is a lovely lady and I would never hesitate in totally recommending Apartment Familia to any other travellers. Minutes to restaurants and a very short stroll to the beach and markets.

  We had a great 2 night stay in July 2013. Sanyin the landlord, who lives upstairs from the apartment, provided great service from the time he picked us up at the bus station. He says he does not always provide pickups, but we were glad he did, even though our bus was a little later than expected. He was so friendly, and even a little like a father to us (we were two young women - We can't speak highly enough of the Apartments San and recommend it to anyone seeking top quality and spacious apartment accommodation. The hosts provide a cheery welcome and want guests to enjoy their beloved Split - nothing is too much trouble for them. They have gone out of their way to ensure guests enjoy all the comforts (and appliances) of home, with even a few complimentary drinks in the fridge. We were just two persons and had reserved a rather smal flat, but got one being most propably the biggest (3 bedrooms, large livingroom, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrom, extra toilet etc.) in the whole block of flats.   The view from our balcony on the front top floor (2nd floor) was excellent with views of the marina and Trogir old town. And was a short walk to the old town but far enough away to be quiet in the evening. Nadia was extremely welcoming and amenable and certainly added to the enjoyment of our stay.   Die Gastgeber Ante und seine Frau Nina waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft gefüllt mit Obst und Getränken! Um den sauberen Strand vor den Appartments kümmern sich die Vermieter vorbildlich. Tipp: Zeitig in der Früh ins alte Dorf oberhalb wandern, dann noch den Kreuzweg bis aufs Karstplateau nehmen...herrliche... was die leute sagen » Aussicht genießen, süße Feigen und duftende Wildkräuter pflücken und schauen, dass man zu Mittag wieder herunten am Meer ist! Und wer Trubel und Shop - Diese Unterkunft ist einfach der Hammer, vom Quartier über die Vermieter einfach Klasse. Man kommt sich vor als wäre man zuhause, es ist alles top sauber und die komplette Familie ist immer für einen da wenn man fragen hat. Liegen Strand Top. Wir haben schon in sehr vielen Apartments gewohnt aber diese übertrifft alles. Vor dem Apartment ist eine Bushaltestelle und man kommt mit dem Bus alle halbe Stunde in Richtung Omis oder Split. Nur zu empfehlen.

  Grisogono Palace was hands down the nicest place I have ever stayed. The location literally could not be better. It is part of the main square of Diocletian's Palace, so right in the middle of wonderful Split. The ceilings are the original 13th century wooden ceilings and quite stunning. They drove with us in our rental car show us the best and cheap - Very central location, lively atmosphere outside in the Peristil, friendly and helpful owners, really clean and well maintained apartment, free internet, lots of space, big comfortable bed, aircon in lounge and bedroom, the beautiful original painted wooden ceiling and old glass windows give the apartment a lovely character. Mrs Katja told us a week in Croatia was not long enough - she was right!
