  Staff (mum and dad) basic English but their sun speak good English. Drove us to the nearest store for food, Korana (swimming) and Plitvice Lakes National Park ( around 7:30) for free. There is a route to big waterfall (free entrance to the park - however, ferry and buses cannot access for free) and its about 1 hour 30 mins walk. The house is very clean, and the rooms are very convenient, so is the big bathroom. Breakfast is a good value and a great start for a day at Plitvice NP, which is located 5 minutes from the guesthouse. Excellent value for money!

  The host Anna is very kind and attentive. She is always available to answer your questions for regional visits. We are happy with our 3 days in the apartment with kitchen. Actually Poljanak is a such good location (if you have a car) for visiting the Plitvice park. You can leave your car near the view point of the big water fall (just before the ... was die leute sagen » small bridge) and start your visit there, then continue to the lower lake and to the embankment of boat point 3. It's excellent. Highly recommended. - Lovely staff!!!! We got very lost driving here and arrived just after midnight, two hours later than anticipated, and we were met by Ankica who was very understanding and accommodating. The room and bathroom was incredibly clean and the breakfast was tasty. She even gave us a great itinerary for our day in Plitvice National park. I would not hesitate in recommending her B&B.

  The owner is very lovely. The apartments are brand new, everything was clean, comfortable and calm in the middle of the nature in a small typical croatian village. Breakfasts were delicious, she served us many different things. Good location within walking distance from the national park entrance #1 (though on a dangerous roadside without pedestrian path), the house looked nice, tidy, with familiar atmosphere, comfortable (except the bathroom) and well equipped.   The location was perfect in the countryside and we love the peace and quiet yet we were just 2km from the Plitvice Lakes Park entrance. There was plenty of space in the apartment & a good size table to have meals.   Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Es wurden kostenlos Leistungen erbracht, die eigentlich im Zimmerpreis nicht inbegriffen waren. Kommen gerne mal wieder und werden diese Unterkunft auch weiterempfehlen. Die Lage zu den Plitvicer Seen ist ideal. Auch die Bademöglichkeit im sehr sau... was die leute sagen » beren Fluß Korana ist nicht weit entfernt und sehr zu empfehlen. - Das Haus ist in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Kaufhauses das auch am Sonntag geöffnet hat. Wir hatten ein großzügig angelegtes, sauberes Zimmer mit Du/WC.Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und gehen auch gerne auf die Wünsche ihrer Gäste ein. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

She also serves breakfast which is highly recommended as there are very few restaurants in the area the closest one is around 3 kms near Seliste market/ bus stop but serves amazing food in good price. The location is amazing with some breathtaking views a - We loved our time in smoljanac. We had a warm welcome from our hosts. It was really easy to find and very close to beautiful plitvice lakes. It was a real treat to be able to swim in the river below the house and cool off after a very hot day walking round the lakes(& not being able to swim in the lakes!).

  We had a three bedroom, three bathroom apartment. Everything was new, clean and modern. This was our first night in Croatia and we were so pleased with how wonderful the apartment was. The owners live on-site and were available to help with any questions. The location is just a few minutes drive from the entrance to the National Park. I would highly recommend Guesthouse Franjkovic!! - Great value for money and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. Lovely and clean room. The guesthouse is in a very good location.   We stayed here for 2 nights so we were close to the Plitvice Lakes. As we pulled into the driveway Bozice and her husband welcomed us with wonderful smiles and showed us our room which was very comfortable. Bozice also suggested we help ourselves to apples from trees in the backyard and relax on the recliners at the back of the section. She also recommended two restaurants and we found the one right next door ha - Pansion Vukovic is a nice place to stay while visiting Plitvice national park. The owner is a very nice lady which gives you a warm welcome and refreshing lemonade after a few hours drive. Me and my friends rented a room for 3 persons. The room was simple, but clean and it was everything we needed during our 2 night stay. In the garden of the pansion, you have an amazing view on the mountains while lying in some very comfortable chairs. Moreover, there are many restaurants in the surroundings
