Apartment was clean and the location was excellent, Dino was very easy to work with and he made suggestions on where to eat and the locations of the beaches. We had rental car questions and he arranged for the car and made it very easy to access. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed in the studio. We liked EVERYTHING: location and beautiful view of the sea and old town from the balcony, comfort of the apartment, reasonably good bed, good preasure of warm water, hospitality of the owner. Extra very thankful to her for helping me get my special glasses back, when I forgot them in the studio and was already far from Dubrovnik. Thanks a lot, Goldi.

The apartment is very well located as its a 5 min walk to Lapad beach and 10 min from Splendid, 2 min from a cinema (in English), cafes and restaurants are also a few min walk away. be advise that you need a car to get here and it was a little difficult to find the place because of the construction going on, so make sure you have a GPS. The entrance to the apartments is a little scary because you have to make a left and a quick right or you will fall down a cliff.

We stayed one week at Villa Timy in the beginning of July. Good location near restaurants, walking street, bus stop, taxi stand and shops.

Mladen and family couldn't do enough for us whilst we stayed with them. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone for a nice relaxing break. Dubrovnik is beautiful and the location of this property is perfect if you like to be close enough to the beach and restaurants but far away from the noise.
