The owner, Igor was very nice. He waited us in front of the door and helped us to pick up the luggages to the apartment. He introduced good place for us to visit. The warmest thing was he provided us the wine which was made by himself(or family) for drink. Despite we don't drink, but we were grateful for his hostipality.

The owner Igor was very nice and helpful. He helped us to book the car from the airport to the apartment, vice vera. He also helped us to pick up the luggages. The view was fantastic, just like the picture from letsbookhotel.com.
Room was spacious. We love the balcony and had our breakfast there. We will book this apartment again when we come back.

staff were exceptional! Especially Iris, Stipe and Kreso on Reception.
Nothing was any trouble to them. And going that extra mile seemed a
compulsory requirement! We stayed in one of the Suites over looking the

This is a great place to stay if you are seeking to be in the old town.
You will have to climb several sets of steps. It's a really neat
apartment and a different feel, depending on what you are seeking.
Nero, the property manager, is super friendly and helpful. He offers his assistance with whatever your needs are to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this place to stay.

Our stay at Villa Matic was superb from the moment we arrived when Miro picked us up at the bus station. He and Svetlana are terrific hosts. We stayed with another couple in the 3 bedroom apartment and felt spoiled by the luxury and comfort of so much space. Breakfasts were delicious and more than any of us could eat. Visiting with Miro and Svetlana in the evenings was wonderful, and their suggestion of a day trip to Cavtat was perfect. We all highly recommend Villa Matic.

The apartment was great, excellent location and very spacious. It was an absolute bargain for what it was. The balcony overlooks part of the historic wall, could not have been better! We only stayed one night but would have been suitable for a longer stay as it had a washing machine and a great kitchen.

We liked the furnishing of the rooms and the great sea-view. The food offered at the hotel is excelent. We were really satisfied with the Le Select restaurant, which, although pricey, served us excellent meals. And our stay was even more enjoying because of the always helpfull staff.
