This extended into every detail through the whole hotel, from lobby to hallways and rooms to a level you don't see very often in China, specially not in this price class. Bed was of superb quality. Break fast was nice with a good choice between Chinese and Western food. Also the food from room service was affordable and very tasty. Best thing was the spa, never had such a good massage anywhere in China.

  Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Staff are excellent, as is the Hotel. Its good value for such a high grade hotel and does cater for all types of traveler, with good English spoken by a lot of the staff, plus there are usually some French staff around, if that's your first language. Buffet food caters for more or less every taste and is generally top quality, also not dear, by western standards at least. - The service was outstanding. All staff made me feel very welcome and were really attentive to my needs. Having free wifi throughout the dining and lounging areas of the hotel was really useful. Food was very good, the 50% offer on the evening buffet was an outstanding offer, and the bbq was delicious!

  I stayed from 22nd to 26th August 2013 and was very impressed with the staff but in particular the Executive Lounge. I stay in many hotels in Asia, and in China, and can say that this is one of the best Lounges I've experienced.   We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on the executive floor with lounge facilities! The hotel room was spacious, very clean and tidy! The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff were very pleasant. The staff at the reception counter even brought us to our room. What impressed us was that free wi-fi was inside the hotel, the loung - I spent there only night because I arrived to hotel very late. I don't like this style of mixed Russian and American. Hotel is comfortable and nice but not I like. I booked executive room and I went to breakfast to special lounge I didn't like breakfast there. Maybe there is nice viewing on city throu window but breakfast was poor.
