The staff are very friendly and helpful. Its like a boutique hotel and the rooms and layout are a nice change to the typical big hotel in china. They can do laundry for you at a good price which was great to have. Breakfast is good and at a fair price for a hotel, with a very nice view.

  This is basically a backpackers hostel, and although I wouldn't consider myself to be in this particular demographic, it seemd to tick all the right boxes. The location was fine, with good access to restaurants, tours etc. Facilities were generally clean and tidy, wifi ok, plus pretty good spoken English by the front office staff. It was very cheap so we weren't expecting too much. However, we had a lovely spacious room with a river view. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The food was delicious. We couldnt have asked for more. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. It was very close to the night market and the bus station.

  This is a lovely Japanese style garden hotel on the grounds of the Guilin Botanical Garden. The spacious rooms are located in a number of 2-story buildings scattered around a koi pond and gardens.   The hotel is located at the walking street in the center of the city. It is a very busy street, with lots of clubs open late at night. But we got a room that was not facing the street, so it was still nice and quiet in the evening. It is walking distance to most attractions, and the staff was really helpful.
