The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Jarkko arranged my tours, taxis, airport pickup, gave me ideas about cost, recommended restaurants, told me about the customs & culture, etc. etc.. The service was better than at the Ritz in Santiago. I would definitely stay there again.
