  I've stayed here before. The shuttle driver was friendly.....one note for future customers....the shuttle won't pick you up until you call. The people at the desk were great too! I LOVE the fact that WHITE SPOT is in this hotel! Couldn't have asked for better service!! (Or food!!) One of my servers in particular was "Dina"!!! She was amazing!... was die leute sagen » ! Her attention to detail and cleanliness is worthy of imitation!! For me, that concern for cleanliness means everything!! Thanks Dina!! - It was remarkably quiet despite the location. Shops, Laundrette, buses and train were fairly close, so easy to get around the city. The staff were great, as they hadn't received the booking from letsbookhotel.com yet they still sent the shuttle driver to collect us from the airport (it was midnight), and they were totally booked out. While we were there a cancellation came through and they gave us the room.

  The place is family owned and operated. Very nice people. Very close to public transportation,and walking distance to many stores and places to eat. Sky train is about a 5 minute walk away. And you can take it straight into Vancouver for about 2.75$ each. Neighborhood felt safe and was clean. Excellent service. They provided us maps and directions to get around the city. much nicer then expected for the price and given that it is a motel.

  It was a room for one night before our trip back to the U.K after a 2wk trip to Vancouver Island. Cintinental breakfast was included and this was fine and satisfying.   We were very happy with both our stays that we have spent in Vancouver. We had a double room with shared bathroom and to our surprise was the bathroom not on the floor, but with directly linked door to our room. The bathroom is only shared with another room and everyday extremely cleaned by the fabulous staff.   The staff was outstanding. When we arrived it was warm for Vancouver. We decided to cancel our reservation and get a room with A/C. The manager was very understanding and offered us a larger room with more windows for the same price. We are so glad we stayed. The rooms are clean, and have everything we needed. We never moved our car...walked to Stanley Park, all ends of the city, and finally at the restaurants close to the hotel. Lovely!
