  Everything is just excellent and above the expectations. One small thing that migh be noticed. I stayed at room 402 room which is actually above the bar. Albeit it was the 4 th floor, the music from the bar is heard in the bedroom. The music is nice, but I suppose it shouldn't be heard in the room. It a little be croud there and the parking lot is really full- the problem to fi - Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

  The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view. The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room. The room was nice as well with nice finishes (wood, granite counters, tile, etc). It was very convenient to have a fridge. Porters out front let us know about the self-park garage which was $21 for overnight and we were very close to the hotel entrance. The room and bed was so nice, we enjoyed spending time there.

They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call.   The front desk was amazing, I was abit freaked out about driving to Niagara Falls and they reassured me that it was going to be easy, they printed a map aand talk me through it. This saved me 75.00; staff = welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. I'm always hesitant to give reviews but for this hotel I had to, there's no reason to book anywhere else. - the hotel had the Westin 'feel' with all the personal touches you would expect in terms of service. It also had the advantage of having an outside pool which made it feel more of a 'leisure' hotel despite obviously being a popular business conference event destination. The concierge staff were extremely helpful, I liked the green initiatives that were in place in terms of housekeeping and there were a few good shopping malls within taxi distance - Fairview, Shops at Don Mills and Yorkdale
