Was die Leute sagen
The hotel is well situated - far enough from the reconstruction area, but only several minutes away from the reailway and bus stations, on a shopping street which is very quiet at night time. The stuff is willing to help at any time. Especially Alyena! She advised me lots of things and made my vacation really interesting. The hostesses in the restaurant are very friendly. I enjoyed my stay a lot!. alle bewertungen »
I'm not very impressed with many things anymore... But this place was incredible. From the staff, to the stay and food. Everything was clean, organized, thoughtful and outrageously amazing.
I will definitely be back and will always recommend this hotel to anyone saying in Toronto.
The food was so good, we decided to eat in the hotel multiple times
rather than go out. The staff, Amanda, Scott, and Jason in particular,
were outstanding. This is hospitality at its best. Modern and clean,
I'll be back. Do not miss the rooftop lounge for anything!.
I loved the location. Walking distance to the AGO. Right in the fashion district on Queen West so loads of shopping and great restaurants. Parked on arrival across the street and walked everywhere.
The rooms are very clean, modern, and well appointed.
Desk staff was super friendly and smoking hot, adding to the overall
"hipness" of the overall hotel which runs from the ground
floor restaurant to the roof top bar including eye-catching black and
white graphics on the walls of each of the rooms.
Food was excellent and well-priced. Hotel, restaurant & bar staff
were very friendly and engaging. Room design very modern.

The bed was very comfortable, the location was excellent, the staff was very accommodating.
Friendly staff
Amazing location
New, modern rooms
Quiet.
Staff went above and beyond their call of duty.
Location in downtown Toronto.
The place is clean, the staff was nice.
The location.
none.
The room was as small as the description and the bathroom lacked
privacy. If you book the small rooms, prepare to be intimate with who
you're travelling with.
The rooms are very tiny. We had a room with a large window which was great but some of the other rooms were a little like a closet. Fine for us as we were there to enjoy the city not chill in the room for long.
The hotel should realize the very limited revenue from subsequent sales
of filtered water will pale in comparison to the goodwill generated from
providing it on request for free. It seems to be the biggest and maybe
only point of contention. Everything else is easy to over look given
that they're just getting started.
Elevator very slow. Took stairs instead after 1st use. Actually, more
exercise that way.
Room is very small so needs more hooks to hang clothes and open shelves and counter space for cosmetic bags.
Must frost glass between bedroom and bathroom for more privacy.
The room was a bit small.
My room was extremely small. 150 sq/ft.
No window for the room I stayed. Room very small. Weekend nights, can hear the loud music on the first floor and cannot sleep well. Can also hear a lot of of noises along the walk way.
I had no idea that this was the smallest hotel ever. The hall and stairs are narrow, the room was TINY. It was like a fancy dorm room.
Tiny rooms with barely enough space for a double bed, with no windows, TV in ceiling for lack of space...
Only space for luggage was under the bed. No hanging space for even a jacket.
Slowest elevator I have ever been in.
extremely small room like a box !!.
