  This is a lovely B&B. The home is filled with beautiful antiques & the setting is perfect - just across the lake from the Festival Theater. My spacious room overlooked the lake with its swans & geese. Laura Pogson is a wonderful host & her breakfasts are delicious. Her breakfasts were a feast of local organic foods, and the ambience and comforts of this little gem by the river were everything we could have wished for. In a word, wonderful.

  Unique historical building with eclectic beautiful decor, room was like a New York apartment with separate kitchen, bedroom living room with small fireplace and bath with claw foot tub. Main floor is used for weddings and events. Nicely appointed apartment with a full kitchen. Any problems were responded to immediately. I am at a loss to see understand some of the comments on here. Would definitely stay here again.

  Big comfy bed and lots of pillows. Bathroom had character. Homemade cookies and bottled water to great us. Very accommodating desk clerk. Quiet. Room was cool when we arrived and not musty smelling like a lot of rooms in places and it was a cool morning so we were able to open window. Nice and close to everything. Although we did not eat at the re... was die leute sagen » staurant we did enjoy a drink on the patio...using the $10 coupon...that was nice. - It was wonderful to have a hotel right downtown in the middle of everything. We simply could walk to every place that we wanted to visit. It was so nice to have a room with cookies, water and plenty of tea and coffee. There was no problem accessing our computer, too.
