  There is plenty of space, though the rooms are very basic. It's definitely nice to have a kitchen. The cost is less than a regular hotel, and the campus was nice and quiet when we were there in August.

  Kind staff, simple but very clean rooms. Parking right in front of your room. Coffee and cereals for breakfast. The motel actually sits on a hillcrest and offers nice views of the sea. Stayed there twice and can only recommend it to anyone on their way through St John (wouldn't spend much time in the city though). - It was very clean.   The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. Gave good directions and recommendations. While not fancy, the facility was very clean and well maintained. Very good value.
