The warm friendly greeting the moment we arrived . The cleanlinnes of the cottage not only do the bedsheets get changed but the duvet cover as well again very clean and sanitary . Karen and Bruce always friendly and helpful . we will stay there again

The room was big and comfortable, with a lovely view of the scenic lake. Everything was there I needed, including wifi and coffee-maker. The breakfast that was included was beyond the usual sweet bun and coffee... very nice! Staff were all helpful and allowed me to leave an item behind the desk so my cousin could pick it up later in the day. Firstly, one needs to compare the day rate between the Empress and the
Inn. The Empress is only a few blocks away, free parking, free wi-fi,
also doesn't have air conditioning....and is almost $300 more a day.
As I didn't need to spend a lot of time in my room, the size
didn't matter. However, security and cleanliness was key and the Inn
met those very well. The restaurant is excellent. The staff very
friendly and helpful. Although there is no elevator, staff will carry

The honeymoon suite and similar oceanfront suites are superb...spacious, warm, inviting, inspiring, romantic, tranquil. The food preparation is exquisite with a generous menu variety. The wonderfully groomed landscape and gardens are a very special part of why we choose to return, as is the ocean vistas. Every room at the resort has an ocean view.

The first thing that impressed us was the attentive and accommodating staff. Then it was the cleanness if the hallways and rooms. We also thought the design and the colour palettes were pleasing, restful, and reflective of a seashore setting. Finally.
