  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice. The location was also wonderful. St. Catherine st and it's shopping was also walking distant - After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town, cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

  The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu!   Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch.   The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... was die leute sagen » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

  Die Lage des Hotels, nahe der St. Catherine Street hat uns gefallen. Wenn man gerne läuft ist auch die schöne Altstadt gut zu erreichen (ca. 20.Min). Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer und grosses Bad. Alles war sehr sauber. Besonders Marc, ein Concierge, ist uns durch seine Hilfsbereitschaft und seine unkomplizierte Freundlichkeit aufgefallen. - Au... was die leute sagen » swahl und Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstücks. Nettes Personal. Vom Hotel kommt sehr schnell in den Park des Mont Royal, z.B. zum morgendlichen Jogging. Auch zur City und zur Metro gut gelegen.

  The first thing that I noticed was that the staff was very friendly to everyone. The rooms seemed very clean. The verandas looking over to the pool was fantastic. The pool area was very enjoyable specially when the birds were singing. I also liked seeing a guard walking by at night. My daughter and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time.
