  The owners were on site and very interesting to talk to. The area is beautiful and there's lots to do. It was a great getaway for a couple of days. - Loved the room, it was clean, comfy and bright. The food and coffee in the cafe were excellent. Would definitely visit again!

  My husband and I have been coming regularly to Windsor to visit family for almost 30 years now and we always stay at a hotel, but we only recently "discovered" The Stonecroft Inn. A shame it took us so long -- but I'm so glad we did! Had a kitchenette with a small fridge and microwave, table and chairs, sofa and large flat screen tv. We asked for a quiet room and extra pillows and they delivered. A basic continental breakfast is included: tea, coffe, juice, cereal, toast. We paid just $96 incl. Tax in April. It was a pleasant surprise as independent hotels leave something to be desired. This one is very good for the price.

Location is so close to many restaurants and even to the market, if you like a bit of a walk. - This place has everything. You don't even have to pull out your laptop! Computer AND PRINTER all in your room. Free laundry on one floor, exercise room, great free breakfast and close enough to walk downtown to the tourist areas. Four or so blocks down side street to Rideau Canal -- great walking site! Will definitely stay here again if I have the pleasure of another trip there.

Room was cool when we arrived and not musty smelling like a lot of rooms in places and it was a cool morning so we were able to open window. Nice and close to everything. It was less than a 5-minute drive into the town of Niagara-on-the- Lake, but it just removed enough that you felt like you were in the country, surrounded by vinyards.
