  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot tub. Cookies were fab! - Clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, and a great value for the money when prepaying.   The room was very comfortable, and loved the jaccuzi after a long travel time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When they found out we had a long waiting time, they offered us our room for an extra 2 hrs., which was very much appreciated. We had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant twice, and again we found the staff excellent and the... was die leute sagen » food was very good. Definitely got your money's worth. We also really appreciated the complimentary airport/hotel shuttle, with a very helpful driver - My wife and I stayed here before a two-week trip of ours, and chose it due to its a) proximity of the hotel to the airport, and b) the outdoor pool. It was raining so we didn't use the pool, but got to use the free shuttle which was great (and leaves every twenty minutes to every terminal). The hotel was great, comfy, and had a delicious well priced room service breakfast. Great place and would definitely stay again! And well priced too.

  There were a few things,free parking especially when the Strerling's location was so close to so many things that you didn't need to drive anywhere, including Niagra's public Transportation the WeGo. The room was really spacious and the mattress was perfect. To have Breakfast delivered each day was a perfect start and it was good to. The staff were very nice, I especially liked the lady who del - The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

  The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested. It was our winter get away the year.( Didn't have time for an island trip ) We took the train to get to Toronto, so we just walked across the street.   Everything about my stay was amazing we also had a free upgrade. The pool area was small but still nice and atmosphere was great. The staff who checked me out she was so nice and Friendly. - Location. Very close to Toronto airport (we had an early flight) and Chop restaurant. Comfortable room.

  I like this hotel very much especially when we had our dinner at the hotel restanrant, a very friendly grandmother like waitress asked my son to "work" with her. My son was so honored and excited - Staff was great, helpful. There was a large group/convention and the supervisor put me away from the group.

  We absolute loved the homely feel, right down to the meal prepared for you and included in your price when you arrived home exhausted from a touring day, even though we had a suite with a fully functional kitchen. The hotel was very clean and close to shopping areas , malls, flea market, fast food and more up scale restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the complimentary snack bag and the kitchen which included stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, large microwave and full six fridge, just awesome!!!

  Upon entry i was greated by a very friendly helpfull receptionist. Even though we were eary, the room was ready as she gave it to us immediately. The room was very, very clean. The beds were exceoptionally confortable. The room was well decored We will be staying their again and highly recommend it - Great Inn in a small town.
