  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.   Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights.   The location and the Spa. The maintenance staff were very willing to send a cart down to the beach to retrieve my 91 year old Dad. Many thanks!!! - We went with a group of friends all with kids. It is a great place and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend and go back again.
