  Our host Marie was absolutely fantastic. Her accomodations were very clean and comfortable. Marie is very knowledgable about the area and gave good recommendations for getting out and about.   The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We had our 13 year old yellow Lab with us and the staff were very attentive and kind to her. The room was super clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choice and the food was really good. The cinnamon buns were great! We would choose to stay here again. We got some discount coupons as well (including 15% off Whitespot). There was a decent size pool and a waterslide which my four year old loved.   Loved the lake and all of the water activities! The attached restaurant was very good for lunch and dinner. The hotel breakfast was wonderful!! - We were travelling from Spokane to Calgary so location was important. We have stayed at this facility many times.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the safety of the rooms and will be recommending this hotel to others that are in need of accommodation in Kelowna.
