  The management and staff are helpful and genuinely interested in your comfort. We felt very "at home" there. Although an older facility, it has been very well maintained and is kept very clean. - Was very quiet, nice staff very friendly and helpful. Met my request of top floor even tho they had to change my reservation request.

  Loved the lake and all of the water activities! The attached restaurant was very good for lunch and dinner. The hotel breakfast was wonderful!! - We were travelling from Spokane to Calgary so location was important. We have stayed at this facility many times.

  We checked in late and traveled all day from Seattle. We had to change travel plans due to time so we decided to stay 2 nights but our decision was last minute. Erin at the front desk was so professional , outgoing and just had this can do attitude! It was so refreshing and considering we have never been to Canada it started off good!   A 3-floor hotel in the Downtown, just two blocks from the Skyline, within a walking distance to pretty everything in the centre. As many others have mentioned, construction works are going on on the two sides of the hotel but I did not find them extremely noisy or disturbing. Breakfast is quite simple but sufficient. There is a computer and a printer tha - Location, Location, Location to downtown Vancouver, near Skytrains. Price is reasonable for a "boutique" hotel, given very convenient downtown location. The wifi is good, and password is not device limited (an otherwise pain at some other hotels which require you to ask for separate passwords for cell, laptop, tablet, ,,, and limit you to two). You should bring multiple plug extension with you. Breakfast lady is nice.

  We left out dog in our hotel room and went for dinner. She managed to get out of the room. Staff was amazing about helping us locate her, which we did. In fact, they went above and beyond their duties.
