  Jean Francois was an amazing host - told us about authentic Quebecois sites. Wish I was just a tourist and had more time - definitely coming back! - Rooms were very nice. Very clean. JeanFrancois very helpful in recommending restaurants.

Much nicer than I expected for a budget hotel, this place is run with prid - Great location, close to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Clean and comfortable bathroom in the room. Very good breakfast, included in price. Choice out of 3 different plates: pancakes, toast and eggs. Parking in front of the hotel. Nice employees.

  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient. The staff w - The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

I have never stayed in such a luxurious suite. I didn't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Merci bien!
