We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe. Loved the room it was clean and beautifully decorated. There was an kitchenette with free water, coffee creamer and juice a large fridge, microwave, spotless coffee maker. My husband and I stayed here for two nights (July 13-15). It was as if we were staying with family and I mean that in a very good way. Emina and Ferid, the couple that owns this property were extremely friendly and great hosts. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing. Great welcome from Tom and Val, and very helpful tips for making the most of our trip. The most comfortable bed we had slept in over all 3 weeks of our holiday. A "proper" breakfast at last - on our last day in Canada! An oasis of tranquillity compared to "Vegas-on-the-Falls" down the road. Also nice to meet other guests and chat.

awesome. The bathroom (with jacuzzi tub!) was huge, the sunroom patio
was such a nice place to relax and read, and the king size bed was super
comfortable. David was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. The
location was also fantastic. The walk down to the Falls and other
attractions (casino, Clifton Hill, Skylon, etc) was less than 10
minutes. We parked our car on site, and walked everywhere. Definitely

As we approached the house it immediately stuck out from the neighborhood. A grand yellow house, with a wrap around porch and a magnificent forest of flowers around the entire property. Inside our room was immaculate and the bathroom was huge. We really enjoyed the 2 person spa tub. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the touristy falls area. Top it all off with our great breakfast. I'd stay here again, even if I didn't see the falls.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was
centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us
both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so
this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast.
Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.
