We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our
accommodations and our stay. We have the Jr suite w/ the Jacuzzi in
the room and we're really happy w/ our room - clean, cozy and
comfortable, convenient to everything! We were able to walk to the

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was
centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us
both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so
this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast.
Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.

This was our first time visiting Niagara Falls and this was a great place to stay. Convenient location. Just a 10 minute walk to the Falls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amy at the front desk was awesome! The room was big, very clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! -

Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front
desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I
arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room
with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The
hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet
a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but
there are plenty of alternatives close by.

The location is great, about a 15 minute walk to all the attractions. You are right on Ferry Street, a main street in Niagara Falls, lined with souvenir shops and restaurants. It felt extremely safe day and night. We arrived late, at 8.30pm, dropped our bags and went exploring. The hotel staff was extremely courteous - more so than many other hotels we have stayed at. The water park was also a big draw. - You can't go wrong with Best Western especially when you're travelling with kids!! The staff are very nice!!

times but aside for friendly hotel service, they gave us a great tip for
where to park (saved quite a bit here) and eat (new dining experience).
The rooms were large and the bed matresses were very comfortable. We all

First time here. Booked online and it is exactly how the pics are online but better we absolutly loved this hotel we are defiantly going to make that our hotel of first choice . We go to Niagara Falls often and hard to choose a hotel without paying big bucks this one is affordable we got it at 99 a night online and the hotel is stunning clean and everyone is friendly defiantly coming back soon:)
