  spa - This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.   Everything! Very courteous and professional staff. Very accommodating and helpful Excellent decor. Rooms were beautiful and spotless. Bedding was wonderful - excellent linens and soft duvet.   Die Lage des Hotels, nahe der St. Catherine Street hat uns gefallen. Wenn man gerne läuft ist auch die schöne Altstadt gut zu erreichen (ca. 20.Min). Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer und grosses Bad. Alles war sehr sauber. Besonders Marc, ein Concierge, ist uns durch seine Hilfsbereitschaft und seine unkomplizierte Freundlichkeit aufgefallen. - Au... was die leute sagen » swahl und Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstücks. Nettes Personal. Vom Hotel kommt sehr schnell in den Park des Mont Royal, z.B. zum morgendlichen Jogging. Auch zur City und zur Metro gut gelegen.

  We spent 4 nights in the Nelligan and rate this amongst the best of our hotel experiences anywhere. Rooms were spacious and well furnished (exposed brickwork is very stylish). All of the staff we spoke to were extremely helpful and spoke both French and English fluently. Yes, you'll pay a bit more for this hotel but it's def - We loved the feel of the hotel and the way it had been renovated to keep the charm of the exposed bricks and stone. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, art galleries, historic sights and the waterfront. We look forward to staying there again and again.

  We really liked the location; close to subway, shops, restaurants; Staff, esp Kate and Abe (owner) made us feel right at home. They upgraded us to top floor imperial suite, like an apt. Charming boutique hotel and terrific breakfast, free wifi, secure premises. Wld def stay there again. - Chateau St-Marc is the best hotel in Montreal.   The staff was amazing. We traveled to the hotel for a weekend away for our daughter's 16th birthday and went for the Justin Timberlake concert. We found out once we got there he had postponed the concert and it basically ruined the whole mood for the weekend. We had driven 600 km to see the concert and stay in the city to shop and the ticket co... was die leute sagen » mpany had not informed us that the concert was postponed. We enjoyed a night at the hotel and tried to make the best of it. - My husband and I were travelling with our daughter, her husband, toddler and baby and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs and provided us with adjoining rooms as requested. The pool was a hit with our grandson.
