  There were a few things,free parking especially when the Strerling's location was so close to so many things that you didn't need to drive anywhere, including Niagra's public Transportation the WeGo. The room was really spacious and the mattress was perfect. To have Breakfast delivered each day was a perfect start and it was good to. The staff were very nice, I especially liked the lady who del - The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

  Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fallsview gebucht. Dieses war leider nur im dritten Stock und man konnte nur einen kleinen Teil einer der Wasserfälle sehen. Daraufhin haben wir an der Rezeption höflich nachgefragt, ob nicht ein Zimmer in einem Stockwerk weiter oben zu bekommen sei. Dies wurde sofort gecheckt und wir erhielten ein Zimmer im 14. Stockwerk ... was die leute sagen » mit einem fantastischen Blick über beide Fälle. - The internet at the hotel was not functioning well even though otherhotels provide it for free and it runs fast. - location was fine, facilities good, but Niagara a disapointment.

  The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. The Falls never fails to delight, with so many attractions and activities, you can't possi - We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .
