  Beautiful heritage property in the upper old town of Quebec City, within the old city walls. Balti the owner is very hospitable and a lovely lady. She makes the breakfasts herself and does a fantastic job. Her English is very limited and you definitely need to speak at least a little French but it's good fun! The room itself was a good size and we were at the top of the house f - The host was amazing! She welcomed us in right away, helped us with parking, offered us something to drink, and gave us directions to where ever we wanted to go. She let us decide when we wanted to have breakfast and it was always ready at that time. Her breakfast were really good and healthy. All in all, the bed and breakfast was nice, the host was very nice, and the location in Quebec City was the best. Close to everything! I recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Quebec City. Stepping inside the hotel, and on into the room, is like taking a step back in time, only with all modern-day comforts provided. Very good and ample continental breakfast. Location very good for Dufferin Terrace, rue St. Louis and shops, restaurants, etc. They recommended Cafe de la Paix, 5 minutes' walk, very good. Language no problem. Parking is offsite, 2-minute walk away.
