  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! Trying to visit family and getting out too early in the morning, in a ... was die leute sagen » hurry, but I would definitely avail myself of the lounge next visit! Oh, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly. The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony.   The courtyard pool is lovely, even has food service. It stays open till 10:30 you can swim and listen to the musician in the lounge. The gym and the breakfast included were appreciated. Beds comfy. - Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating.

  Sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung. Trotz vieler Jungen Bewohner sehr ruhig im Haus. Super freundliches Vermietungspersonal. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral man ist sehr schnell am See (über die Straße) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr viele sehr nahe (Walmart, Saveway, Orchard Park Shopping Centre mit 170 Läden). Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet ... was die leute sagen » und die Küche war ein Traum. Freizeit angebote sind im Sommer sehr zahlreich im Herbst eher weniger. - the room itself was fine. The couch had a lot of stains which really is not acceptable. I liked the WIFI. the pool was great but a small childs pool would be nice for little ones. - The apartment had everything you could think of or everything you needed. The view of the lake was great. Walking distance from other pubs and lakeside restaurants.
