  The location of the hotel was excellent. Rooms are spacious and equipped with microwave and fridge. The staff was very helpful...the cookies at the front desk were a welcome & yummy surprise! - Friendly staff. I was able to extend my stay after talking to the front desk since it was impossible to do it through letsbookhotel.com.

  We liked the fact that the management and staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, very well kept, the beds were very comfortable and the room was well designed to meet our needs. When I booked, we asked for an upper floor room and we got it. Anything we asked for we got and - this place was a gem in an otherwise uninspiring town. the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a room with a view. Although it was a fair way from the centre of town, we saw this as an advantage as it had a great outlook over the surrounding hills and there was a shopping centre nearby. The Chinese restaurant next door served a wonderful meal.
