Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.

Keith was the night manager who greeted me as I entered the lobby and was very friendly and helpful! I had stayed there last September and the room was clean and bright. This time I was delighted to find that they had even made it nicer by having updated the linens, mattress and light fixtures, plus the walls were freshly painted and the bathroom seemed nicer than last time! Price was very good, room was immaculate clean, suite was quiet. No traffic noise, sounds from other suites minimal. Bed was super-comfortable. Did not use the in-room coffee, but free coffee, juice, fruit and muffins available in the office in the morning. Staff very friendly. -

Staff was very helpful and we received restaurant coupons on top of the breakfast the hotel had to offer. It was very clean and the rooms had everything from tv to kitchen with full sized stove and fridge.
It was cheaper booking it through letsbookhotel.com then paying at the front desk or online. We only needed a place to sleep and it was perfect
