  There was a mix up regarding our reservation and the staff at the front desk were very helpful, friendly, and courteous and fixed the issue. We did not have to do anything, but wait for them to look into it. - The staff at the reception desk went the extra mile to help us with the mix-up in reservations for the 8 families we booked.   The room was clean & comfortable. The staff was pleasant. We were able to park right outside our room which had a convenient access to outside so we didn't have to walk through the whole facility to get out. - staff was very helpful and friendly.   Wir konnten einen Tag früher ab- fahren,als vorgesehen. Es ging ohne Probleme. Die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig gereinigt.Das Essen war gut,nur das Frühstück ist für Europäer nicht besonders. - easy location - Clean
