  Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have.   One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days. It was fabulous. The hotel was attached to the mall, and nice restaurants stayed open until after midnig - I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.

  Initially we thought that this would be a downgrade from our stay at the Banff and Jasper resorts but we were surprised that the interior décor and settings were quite modern. The beds and the comforters were the most comfortable ones among my 8 days stay in Alberta (we had stayed in 7 different hotels during this trip). WiFi free but you need to get codes from front desk each day but they gave me days ahead. We extended our stay with no problems even though hotel was very full.
