  Spent 2 very enjoyable nights there recently with our friends from Australia. It was comforting to come back to such nice rooms after spending the days out exploring Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefields. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was large with large bedrooms. The kitchen was fully furnished and the kitchen stuff were all of a great quality. The balcony was great and there was a nice grill inside the balcony. The airconditioners were working great. I'm sure this place is one of the best places to stay in Canmore.

  We were very happy with our 1bdrm executive suite and with the pleasant attitudes we received from all of the staff. Absolutely great value for our money especially in comparison to accomadations in Banff. Hot tub and heated pool were great although the pool was a bit too cool for our blood and was covered for majority of our trip to save on heat... was die leute sagen » ing since we were there mid week and not many people around (which was also really nice ..) the hotel put up signs saying they'd gladly take the cover - A very nice resort. The 2 bedroom suite was large and spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable and staff were excellent and accommodating to our requests. We also had a private balcony with BBQ. The resort was still recovering from the recent floods and was under repair but this did not stop them from maintaining a postiive attitude and providing excellent customer service. Overall our stay at StoneRidge was excellent and I highly recommend them.

We were suppose to be there 2 nights but I woke with the flu and Rajohn allowed us to cancel the Thursday night stay and just come for the Friday. Very nice young man and an assest to your hotel.

  We enjoyed our stay very much. This hotel is pet friendly (with no size restriction - we have a 100 lbs dog) which is hard to find ($25 extra per night - standard rate for having a pet). Units are clean and fairly roomy. The units are fairly dated so if you're looking for new televisions, appliances, etc then this isn't for you. They have appliances - We happened to be stranded in the inn during the recent flooding in Alberta, roads leading to and from Harvie Heights were blocked and water supply to the lodge was cut. The manager Paul was so kind to provide us with bottled water and kept us informed of the situation of the floodings and the road conditions continously. When the road going into Canmore was finally reopened, he volunteered to look for us alternatibe accommodation with water supply. He even reduced the room rate to compens
