  The location - very near the Bow River and (just) slightly away from the central bustle of downtown Banff - was convenient and yet pleasantly quiet. The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively reasonable. Ask for an upper floor room to get a better view of the mountains! - Great staff, location, comfort, and price. Rooms were clean (better than Chateau Canmore where I stayed previously)! Sorry I forgot to leave a tip as I was rushing out of there. Probably one of the best deals out there. Cheaper even than a few bed and breakfasts that I looked at. Melissa's (?) next door was a great location for breakfast (also good prices and staff). Great that parking is available. I would stay again for sure.

Lovely surroundings at the edge of Bannf but just 5 minute walk to downtown shopping. Price reasonable for a tourist haven.

  Wir haben insgesamt drei Nächte in Heidi's B&B übernachtet. Lothar, der Inhaber, hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und sich täglich um uns gekümmert. Ja, das B&B ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Einrichtung ist nicht die modernste und manche Staubfänger gehören ausgemistet, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und die Lage mit nur 2 Querstra... was die leute sagen » ßen zur Banff Avenue ist sensationell. Lothar hat sich jeden Abend nach uns erkundigt. Im Kühlschrank stand einiges für ein Frühstück bereit. Wir ware - Friendly welcome. Delicious breakfast left for you to enjoy in your own room when ready. Pretty garden. Close to Banff just a flat easy walk two blocks away. Easy to find. Adequate free parking. Leafy quiet street. - The owner, Lothar, was an excellent host, attentive to our needs and was so friendly and helpful. The location is less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of Banff.

  We recieved a very warm welcome from all of the staff at Brewsters mountain lodge and nothing was too much trouble. All our requests were met and exceeded. Our room was large,very clean and well decorated with a lovely big bathroom with bath/spa jet and shower . Room was always lovely an warm with a very comfortable big bed. The hotel reception st... was die leute sagen » aff were amazing, they made reservations at resteraunts on our behalf and gave wonderfull advice on where best to go for he type of skiing we required - The location was close to everything we had planned with a great view of the mountains. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but the bed in our king loft suite was awesome. The suite also had balcony so we could sit outside. Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing after a long day of driving. The staff were helpful and knowledgable. Continental breakfast was decent with pastries, toast/bagels, and fresh fruit salad and yogurt. My husband and I stayed during the off season, but would gladly stay in

  Theresa and James were excellent hosts and very helpful... the house itself is clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Can sit by the fire and read a book or if it's nice, sit outside on the deck (which we didn't get to because it was a little cold). Breakfasts are delicious! We enjoyed our stays and Theresa and James made us feel much at home! This has been a nice change of environment out of our 4 weeks of hotel stays.
