  It's a cozy little hotel with very friendly and always willing to help staff. Especially the boy at the reception - very funny and enjoyable! Good location - you can take a walk aroun and it is 5 minutes to the Tsarevets. Hotel allowed us to leave car on their parking after we checked out so we didn't have to look for a place to park while we walked through the city.   The hotel is in a great location near the Tsarevets castle and a short walk from the city center. The hotel staff was helpful although english was not their strong point. The rooms were clean, spacious. The breakfast was decent(scrambled eggs, milk, concentrated juice, olives, cheese, ham, bacon, coffee, cereals, etc). We traveled with a baby, so they put so cute cot for the baby to our room. Location is very close to the fortress. And when we forgot one baby's shirt, they called us up.   The room was surprisingly big and very clean. The bed was huge, even though it was two single beds stuck together. It was still very comfortable. The hallway smelled like chocolate!   This hotel is located very close to Tsarevets Fortress. We very much enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious (we had half board included in our booking), the rooms were very clean, the stuff was very friendly. We felt like we were in a big family.
