  The staff are very helpful. The hotel is small and friendly. We only stayed for one night and use them everytime we go to Varna now. You have to reserve parking which is good as there is really no parking in this area.   The best accomodation we have ever been. The rooms are beautiful and modern. Very clean. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in Bulgaria and very cheap.
