  Almost every week I am staying in 4 or 5 stars hotels all around Europe but - this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! I would particularly like to congratulate and thank the restaurant manager Georgi Kirov for his excellent attitude towards guests and h - The hotel design is superb and innovative (to me at least). The mattress is very comfortable. The room is spacious, light and luxurious. There were 2 complimentary water bottles. Everything else is paid - espresso, cappuccino, tea, the maxi bar. The slippers and bathrobe are useful when going to the spa. The bar/restaurant chef is out of this world - everything is delicious, tempting and with high-quality ingredients.

Security is up to the minute with access available only to the floor where your room is situated - the lift is operated by a security key card. Overall, absolutely outstanding value for money.
