  Almost every week I am staying in 4 or 5 stars hotels all around Europe but - this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! I would particularly like to congratulate and thank the restaurant manager Georgi Kirov for his excellent attitude towards guests and h - The hotel design is superb and innovative (to me at least). The mattress is very comfortable. The room is spacious, light and luxurious. There were 2 complimentary water bottles. Everything else is paid - espresso, cappuccino, tea, the maxi bar. The slippers and bathrobe are useful when going to the spa. The bar/restaurant chef is out of this world - everything is delicious, tempting and with high-quality ingredients.

  The best accomodation we have ever been. The rooms are beautiful and modern. Very clean. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in Bulgaria and very cheap. The service is five stars in the La Casa. The stuff is more than kind and helpful. The also can speak english wich is rearly in Bulgaria. Szóval mindenkinek ajánlom kiváló minden.

Staff were excellent; there was no-one on the bar when we returned relatively late, but the guy on reception poured us a couple of drinks anyway, great service. The room was very luxurious. Overall, absolutely outstanding value for money.
